We suggest that students coming from countries where an entry visa is required for the Italian authorities, to contact the Italian Embassy in their country for detailed information on what documents will be needed. This may include an insurance policy, an enrolment certificate from Centro Fiorenza, as well as documents proving the financial support throughout the study period in Italy.
The school will emit an Enrolment Certificate and send it to the student after he/she has completed enrolment and the school has received complete payment for the course.
RESIDENCE PERMIT
Our office staff is happy to help you complete any documentation required for residence permit.
Since 11th December 2006 the residence permit procedures have changed and can only be presented at an authorized post office. You will need the following:
• 4 photographs
• Kit with all necessary forms for the residence permit request + receipt of payment of EUR 27,50 for the electronic procedure (both available at the post office “Ufficio Postale” in Via Pellicceria 3)
• photocopy of all pages of your passport and visa
• government stamp for EUR 14,62 ("marca da bollo" – available at tobacconist’s shop)
• a photocopy of credit card or statement of account, certifying sufficient funds.
• Centro Fiorenza enrolment certificate.
• a photocopy of your INA ASSITALIA insurance policy

The completed forms have to be presented personally at the post office and will be forwarded to the
Questura (police headquarters). You have to pay Eur 30 for this procedure when handing in the envelope.
